The Reserve Instruction Program
U.S. Marines
Veterans Upward Bound has provided many workshops to assist Marine Units' in preparing for deployment to Iraq. Currently VUB has provided instruction in the Arabic language. Troops have learned to communicate in the Iraqi dialect and the culture in which they will encounter.
Other workshops that have been provided to the Marine Units include:

- Educational and Benefit Opportunities
